How to  contact with HRT ?

• Patients can contact Hrt's patient relation specialists via telephone, mail or Hrt representatives/offices in their resident countries.

 Planning Treatment  Process

• If our patients wish to be part of operation planning process, we will be happy to plan the treatment process together with them.
• When our patients send us all their medical information and examination results, we prepare and share patient-specific treatment plans with specialist doctors in their field. If more than one method is used for treatment, we will contact with the patient to determine which method to choose together.
• With HRT, patients have opportunity to access quickly the medical evaluations by best physicians in their field. Patient situations can be evaluated and determined within 24 hours and return to the patient.
• Patients can make comparisons by having information about all medical technologies to be used in treatment. Patients can compare all alternative price options for their treatment and choose the most appropriate option for their budget. 

Arrival and Accommodation in Turkey 

• Plane tickets are supplied either by patients or HRT depending on patients’ preference. 
• If patient health condition does not allow to a normal flight, we can pick patient up with airplane ambulance  from where patient is.
• If patient need to stay in a hotel before the treatment starts, hotel reservations are made either by patient or HRT, depending on patient’s expectation. 
• We pick you up from the airport and make sure you arrive at the hotel or hospital that you will be staying, depending on the situation.
• A mobile phone and a mobile line are given to the patient during the treatment process to contact with HRT team and his/her relatives.

Treatment Process

• The treatment is made in JCI certificated hospitals, having hightech medical devices and a team of specialized doctors.
• If patients stayed at the night before the surgery in a hotel, we pick patients up from hotel and take off  to the hospital on the day of the operation.
• Patients do not face to a language problem with HRT assistant who follows the whole treatment process along with patients. We accompany patients at all stages in the treatment on a 24/7 basis.

Departure from Turkey

• We make departure plan for patients  from the planned date of discharge.
• We inform patients about the control appointments and post-operative care plan before they leave the hospital.
• We organize patients’ transportation to the airport.
• If desired, we will organize touristic trips to show cultural and natural beauties of Turkey.

 After the Treatment

• Patients can contact us anytime after they return to their country for post-treatment support. Our offices and customer representatives in their country will to help gladly them in this matter.
• You do not have to make a search for hospitals, treatment and price options your patients. We do all sector researchs and offer alternative options for you.
• Meeting patients in Turkey and their accommodation and treatment follow-ups are carried out by a team of HRT and you are informed regularly.
